Description: Explore the beautiful medium of oil painting. You will gain experience with the basics of working with oil colors, palette management, value and color theory, and practical application of paint to canvas/panel. Still life will be the primary genre. Tuition includes all supplies except canvas and brushes. (Estimated maximum cost: $40. Some shared brushes will be available for students to try before purchasing their own.)
