Description: Master the basics of metalsmithing in this weekend workshop. Learn how to use a torch and soldering, sawing, hammering, and other texture techniques to apply and finish copper jewelry to take home! Workshop includes lecture, demonstration, hands on practice, and one-on-one instruction in the creation of your own unique designs. Ideal for students who wish to test the waters of jewelry making and metalsmithing before exploring advanced courses. Tuition includes all supplies. Open to students age 16 and older.
