From Photos to Paintings: Exploration in Oil Painting

Description: Transform your chosen photographs into original artworks in this course geared towards teen students who have some experience with drawing and painting and want to try oil painting. Explore fundamentals of color theory, special color combinations, underpainting, and drawing techniques that are common in achieving a realistic painting on canvas. During this five week course, you will come away with one to three finished paintings depending on your pace. Tuition includes all supplies.
