Mindful Movement and Art as Expression

Description: Learn the basic skills of social/emotional intelligence in a group setting using yoga and art in this four-session workshop. Explore how thoughts affect your emotions and how emotions affect your behaviors, and gain the tools to express yourself verbally and through various mediums of art. A brief mindful movement session will be followed by a choice of various mindful art activities and projects. We will paint mandalas, create affirmations and vision boards, and make goal collages and various other mindful art as expression activities and projects. Tuition includes all supplies.
