Intro to Woodworking for Grades 5-8

Instructor: Jeff Woytowich
Description: Students will develop skills of basic woodworking, to include safety, measuring, designing, cutting, and assembling wood projects. Sanding, staining, and finishing techniques will also be addressed. Students will learn how to be safe, smart, and creative in the woodshop. Projects could include toolboxes, cars, planes, boats, animals, home décor, or jewelry boxes. 
Dates: December 12-December 13
Day: Saturday and Sunday
