Join us to hear reports from Officers of the Board of Trustees and Senior Staff. Delaplaine members can also participate in the Board election (see below for Slate of Nominees) and an update of the bylaws (see item below for proposed change).

Slate of Nominees

For Election to the Board of Trustees (two-year terms)

  • Donna Rosano – Donna was born and raised in Frederick County, is a resident of Middletown, and has worked in downtown Frederick since 2006. She is a registered architect who has worked with a number of local organizations, including the Delaplaine. She has been a member of the City of Frederick Public Art Commission since 2010, serving as Vice Chair for the past several years. While on the PAC, Donna has chaired various committees including those responsible for restoring the Shawbaker Flag, which hangs in City Hall, and the creation of the draft PAC Strategic Plan.
  • Peg McGreevy – Peg is a Frederick resident and a seasoned human resource professional, holding several professional certifications. She has previously served on governing boards, including Frederick County Society for Human Resource Management, serving as President for two years; Maryland Society for Human Resource Management, where she chaired the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee; Lincoln Elementary School PTA, where she served as President and Treasurer; and she has served on the Frederick Health Hospital Business and Industry Committee.

Proposed Change to the Bylaws

The Board has approved a proposed change to Article 8, Section 4 of the Delaplaine’s bylaws. To view the existing portion and the proposed change, click here. The one-sentence change is being proposed to make the language more direct and clear. Members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed change at the Annual Meeting.
