The Delaplaine makes weather-related closing and cancellation determination on a case-by-case basis, using the best information available and with student and visitor safety in mind. We DO NOT follow any school system or other organization’s weather-related announcements.

Private Rental Events

The Delaplaine is the venue for private events and activities of all kinds, such as weddings, showers, parties, business gatherings, etc. If you are a guest, participant, or vendor for an upcoming rental event or activity and you would like to know its status, please contact the person in charge of the event or activity, not the Delaplaine. Because of privacy concerns, the Delaplaine cannot provide information regarding the status of private events or activities.
