Full Indoor/Outdoor Saturday Evening Wedding Packages for 100 People – $4,800
Limitations: Only available on Saturdays (other than first Saturday of each month); weather and artworks permitting.

6:30 pm – 7 pm • Outdoor Ceremony on the Deck overlooking Carroll Creek Park
7 pm – 7:45 pm • Cocktails in the Galleries (artwork permitting)
7:45 pm – 11 pm • Dinner & Dancing Reception in Gardiner Hall
11 pm – 12 am • Clean-up and Depart
OPTION B
6:30 pm – 7 pm • Indoor Ceremony in the Galleries (artwork permitting)
7 pm – 7:45 pm • Cocktails on the Deck overlooking Carroll Creek Park
7:45 pm – 11 pm • Dinner & Dancing Reception in Gardiner Hall
11 pm – 12 am • Clean-up and Depart
Timelines for Full Packages (Options A & B):
Friday (day before):
5:30 pm – 7 pm • Ceremony Rehearsal
Saturday:
9 am • Rental company deliveries accepted
1 pm • Vendor access to Gardiner Hall begins (flowers, cake, bar, caterers, DJ, band, etc.)
4 pm • “Get Ready” Room available (in 2nd floor library)
5 pm • Set-up in Galleries begins (after public hours are completed)
Full Packages Include Delaplaine Set-up and Decoration:
- Tables and chairs
- Basic table linens
- Centerpiece items
- Ceiling decor
- Starry Night lights
- Optional uplights
Reception Only (Ceremony Off-Site) Friday or Saturday Evening Package for 100 People – $3,800

Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Reception – $1,000
Sunday Bridal/Wedding Shower – $500
