Bamboo Birdhouse Workshop

Description: THIS WORKSHOP IS CLOSED. This workshop meets 10am-5pm, 7/9 and 8/6. Create a home in your yard for our local feathered friends by crafting a unique birdhouse made from one of the world’s most sustainable materials - bamboo! In this one day workshop we will construct a peaceful and safe home for a nesting bird in your backyard. You will learn some basic woodworking skills, conquer the unique challenges of working with bamboo, and how to use a few hand and power tools. Level 1 certification preferred, but not necessary.
