Using the landscape as a starting point, this Saturday afternoon workshop will explore how observation can become inspiration rather than imitation. Through guided exercises, demonstrations, and a focus on exploring process and possibility, learn to simplify what you see, strengthen composition, and make intentional choices about shape, color, and mark-making. Experiment, take creative risks, and leave with a practical framework for transforming landscape into expressive abstract paintings. A basic understanding of value and composition is recommended.
Tuition includes all supplies.
