If you’ve attended the Delaplaine’s annual gala before, you know they are anything but stuffy. Our over-the-top fundraiser this year features great food, music and dancing, open bar, online silent auction, and more. We’ll be celebrating our 40th year of visual arts education and raising funds to spread arts opportunities throughout the region.

Online Auction
Our annual online auction of gala-themed artworks by local artists goes live Saturday, September 12 and runs until 9:15 pm the evening of the event, September 26. Winning bidders may pick up their artworks at the event or by stopping by the Delaplaine September 28–October 10.
Attention Creatives
Each year our online silent auction showcases 12″x12″ works of art based on the gala theme created and donated by local artists. Funds raised through the auction are an important part of the event and a great way to get involved. If you’d like to participate, stop by to pick up a free canvas (you can also use your own). Finished artworks are due back at the Delaplaine by September 1. Questions? Contact us.
Want to be a Gala-vanter?
Our galas are known for their amazing decor created by a committee of dedicated volunteer gala-vanters, who work days and evenings summer and fall to make each gala spectacular. If you have a few or many hours to spare and would like to be part of this incredible group, contact us.
