Using a palette of only four colors (based on the Anders Zorn palette), explore the range of tone and hue that mixing will allow. A limited palette creates color harmony and is also a more efficient and cheaper way to paint. Class will start with a mixing exercise to create a color chart. After you are comfortable mixing color, you will copy a portion of a Zorn self-portrait. Previous painting experience required. Tuition includes all supplies.
