About the Exhibition

The Veterans Show is a biennial exhibition held in November showcasing artwork made by former servicemembers of the United States military. The inaugural Veterans Show exhibition in 2019 was a tremendous success and included more than 70 artists from the region and throughout the nation who submitted their artwork for display.

Important Dates

The next call for submissions will open in spring 2021 to veteran artists from across the region and nation.

Exhibition: November 2–December 1, 2019

Art Matters Artist Talk: Panelists for our discussion on Saturday, November 2, 2019 included J.W. Rone, Director of Veterans Initiatives at the Institute for Integrative Health; Lauren Yoder, LPC, ATR-BC, adjunct professor of art therapy at The George Washington University; and Michael King, former U.S. Army Sergeant Major and veteran artist.
