Work on your oil painting projects and receive individual instruction. Students drive the topics, and the instructor will demonstrate various techniques in oil painting; discuss different substrates, color mixing, and composition, and work with you to tailor the classes to your specific questions and goals. All skill levels welcome.
Please bring to class materials that support your current or intended project, including:
- Canvas – up to 16×20
- Oil paints in a variety of colors
- Gamsol
- Turpenoid or other odorless solvent
- Linseed oil
- Paper towels
- Brushes
- Small glass jar with lid (around baby food size)
- Palette

Some shared paints will be available at the first session for you to try before purchasing your own.
