This one-afternoon introductory workshop offers an entry point for artists who are curious about abstract processes but unsure how to begin. Through guided prompts, demonstrations, and short studio exercises, experiment with mark-making, material exploration, and compositional strategies that move beyond literal representation. Rather than aiming for finished pieces, the session prioritizes experimentation, risk-taking, and the development of personal visual language. A basic familiarity with drawing or painting materials and a general understanding of composition are recommended. Tuition includes all supplies.
