Board Survey

The Board Development Committee provides an anonymous self-evaluation survey to its members biennially. Results are presented at the next Board meeting following the survey deadline. Please complete and return the survey by Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Board Self-Evaluation

There are two sets of multiple choice questions below; the first set relates to the Board as a whole and the second to you as a Board member. The answers you choose should answer: How satisfied are you that the following statements are true? Following each section there is an opportunity to comment.

The Board understands and upholds the organization's mission.(Required)

The Board members are provided with sufficient resources to knowledgeably conduct Board work.(Required)

The Board is meeting with sufficient frequency and duration to perform its duties.(Required)

The Board is holding well-structured meetings that uses time efficiently.(Required)

The Board members communicate respectfully and constructively with one another during Board meetings.(Required)

The Board exercises appropriate fiscal oversight, including review and approval of the budget, the annual audit, and financial statements.(Required)

The Board assists in fund raising efforts for the organization.(Required)

The Board focuses most of its attention on long-term, significant policy issues rather than the short-term administrative matters.(Required)
