Artists may submit up to three entries (in JPG format) for consideration. The fee is non-refundable.

Pick-up dates are Sunday, June 17, 3:00-5:00 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday, June 18 and 19, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any work left at the Delaplaine for longer than the designated pick-up dates may be disposed of at the Delaplaine’s discretion.

Submission of an entry indicates the artist commits the work to this exhibit, unless not selected by the juror. The Delaplaine reserves the right to refuse any work for any reason. Submission of an entry constitutes permission to photograph it for publicity purposes and agreement with all conditions set forth in the prospectus.
