Students are encouraged to bring in ideas for projects and will receive as much or as little assistance as needed. DESCRIPTION:Join other homeschoolers to dive into a different artist\, method\, or medium of art! By the end of each month\, you’ll have completed works of art for your homeschool portfolio. This month: Combine different art media to create layered and textured works of art\, themed around the winter season. \nRegistration is by month only\, space is limited\, and pre-registrations are required. Tuition includes all supplies. \nLimited classroom assistant positions are available at no charge for teens ages 12 to 14 who have younger sibling enrolled. Teen assistants are expected to help all of the students as needed\, keep materials tidy as much as possible\, hand out supplies\, etc.

DESCRIPTION:Design a snowy scene through the perspective of a window using mixed media and collage processes. \nComplete the registration request form on the main Helen Smith page\, if available. Submitting a request does not guarantee registration. If your child is added to the workshop\, you should receive an email notification mid-week before the workshop. If you do not\, don’t hesitate to reach out to check on enrollment. \nPlease note: \n\nPlease arrive 10 minutes early to allow for time to check in at the second floor classrooms. We are unable to admit students arriving after 1pm. \nHelen Smith Workshops are geared for enrolled children only. Parents and guardians are welcome to visit the galleries while the workshops are in session. \nAfter the workshop\, we welcome you to our third-floor studio for Creative Outlet!
