Description: This workshop meets Saturday, August 24 from 9:30AM-5PM and Sunday, August 25 from 11:30AM-5PM. Learn about with basic techniques and materials needed to make radiant pastels with exhibiting artist Tara Will! Class discussions will focus on types of paper, underpaintings, washes, mark-making, color, composition, pastel brands, and softness. Students will be working in the studio, so please bring photographic references of your choice.
