Mindful Watercolor

Description: Learn to use watercolor painting as an exercise in mindfulness. This 4-week class led by Ed Ramsburg offers an approach inspired by his mentor Vo-Dinh Mai. Students will practice the art of paying attention to the present while participating in a quiet, meditative experience each week. All levels welcome. Students will not be led in meditation sessions, but will learn skills to meditate at home. Shared supplies will be provided for the first class. Optional supplies will be available for purchase at The Delaplaine. NOTE: This class is a FRAGRANCE-FREE zone! Please refrain from wearing lotion with fragrance or perfume.
