Beginning Watercolor with Jan

Description:	In this class geared for the beginner, artist Jan McIntyre-Creager will demystify the medium of watercolor painting. Topics covered will include paint application techniques, color mixing, and basic composition. Students will learn from in-class demos, exercises, and examples from past and contemporary watercolor artists. ART SUPPLIES: Students should bring the following supplies to the first class: pencil, eraser, sketch pad (any size), and a roll of paper towels. NOTE: Watercolor paints and brushes will be provided for the first class, and students will receive a supply list for additional materials. (Total approx. value of all supplies: $90)
